Delivery Policy / Rates – Elegant Textiles offer flat rate delivery for certain regions. Please see chart below for more details.
International shipping may involve administrative issues like custom duties or state / provincial taxes that may apply when the purchased items arrive, please note we are not responsible for these charges.
(Please allow at least 24 hours for your transaction to be processed. Working days are considered to be Monday – Friday.)
Once an item is shipped, the customer is provided with the tracking number for the package. This way the customer can, at his / her convenience, check the location of their package and arrival expectancy.
Packages sent to Africa are normally sent through a local shipping agent, please contact us for more info and prices.
Return / cancelation policy –
We do accept refunds and exchanges however goods must be returned within 14 days of purchase in the same condition as they were received.
Unless an initial mistake was made on our part, the customer will be liable for the cost of the returned parcel. Once we have received your return item we will usually aim to contact you within the 24 hours to process an exchange or to arrange a full refund. Please note that the refund process can take up to 3 working days.
Orders can be canceled at no charge up until shipment. When your order ships, you’ll receive an email entitled “Shipment Notification for order # XXXXXXX with eleganttextilelondon.com.” Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled and will be treated as returns.
Please note we do not offer refunds or replacements for all special orders.
